Suggestions for getting 2 households to initially interact without playing both?

I will use the example of household A where Sara lives and household B where Jim lives for this. Basically I want Sara to meet Jim I at a venue without just bumping into him on the sidewalk and fo...

if you have CL and build a venue on top of a skyscraper for some reason it still needs a mailbox even though it's a venue, maybe that could work?
