No, she's female. The family bio even refers to her with feminine pronouns. She's just on the bigger side because she's a bodybuilder.

There was a topic where people talked about gender prefenrences or something and literally all sims I have ever seen have been straight. Other than the male gay couple and I guess these two now. But they are all designed to be together.
I thought it was a random, autonymous act. Would have been cuter :D

They are either smooching or Oliana (the jealous bodybuilder) is yelling at Leila in public because of the tension/jealousy trait. I wish they hadn't given her that trait, she seems abusive. Don't try to flirt with Leila (or do if you like to see drama).

Come on, can't a lady be muscular without being mistaken for a man? Oliana is actually the mother of Tane. Oliana and Leila are married - just like Brant and Brent Hecking from Brindleton Bay. It is explained in their household description. So, now we have both an official gay and lesbian married couple in the game. Cheers!

They're premade and both are female with feminine frames.

I had to check in a new game cause I had already deleted the whole island but yeah
