I decided to use the large 40X30 lot on Lani St. Taz for a hotel. I think I'm going to remove the second floor and turn it into a motel.

I'm going to lighten it up a bit so it fits the surrounding and renovate the inside using the new objects from IL. Remove the asphalt parking lot and add a pool, loungers, patio tables, etc.
And then I'll install Stacie's Resorts and Hotel Mod. This mod allows you to stay as a guest or own a resort.
