Sulani/EL question

Before I spend time cleaning up Sulani again I have a question. I have IL and EL. When Sulani is at max clean is it 'max green' EL footprint? Does it decay back down? I do have a couple of homes that I'm working on for Sulani that I'm using EL B/B for, I don't want to use the turbines though, and I'm kind of on the fence about the solar panels. I'm mainly looking at the impact of conservationists on the footprint.

As a bonus question: Does having conservationists have any impact on the footprint in Sulani? (Not the NAPs... just Sims as conservationists)

    They are! And the big turtles that swim around are cute too!

    I love those! I love Sulani, its so beautiful
  • HA!!! Finally some Eco-Green movement in Sulani! I have no idea what I did... but I've been doing a lot of it! LOL. My Sim hasn't fully cleaned up the island yet, but She did lecture some litterers, has 4 plants and 4 solar panels. It has to be helping. Edited to add: I also have some Eco N.A.P.s enacted. So maybe that's helping too.

    That's great! The more trees and plants ( not the ones you grow) the more its supposed to also help towards Green! Im glad its working better for you now

    I have not noticed conservationists having any effect on eco footprint. I currently have 2 green neighbourhoods in Sulani and the tortoises are hatching though :)

    That's awesome. What have you done so far??

    @joRN1414
    I have a LOT of trees, flowers, bushes etc. Then quite a few off the grid lots. I rotational play and every time I come across trash etc. I get my sims to clean it up (because they're all like really outdoorsy, nature loving, green-fiend hippies tbh :,D).

    The only thing that really is bugging me is when I change neighbourhoods, the one I am not playing is trying to deterioate to normal footprint :<
  • Decay is a pain! I keep telling myself that it's hard to be green in real life too. lol. My next Sim I do this with I need to put the Loner trait with and get the one reward that slows social decay! I've had such a hard time keeping her chatty with everyone even when she's talking to everyone about Conservation.
  • Its hard to achive green or industrial footprint, what i usually do is to edit all lots in neighborhood with eco items, walls, floors and a lot of plants this helps a lot with progress towards eco footprint
