Strange. I thought these sims get the special sibling relationship after becoming young adults:
These special relationships with parents, grandparents, and siblings came in Parenthood game pack.
- Full-siblings (those who share same parents with the sims)
- Half-siblings
- If child's parents aren't in the same household, then caretaker's children and their other dependents.
