It only counts if you get information or you discover something with the survey. I hope this help you ;) - Beardedgeek727 years agoSeasoned AceI discovered the other day that certain things in the ocean like sea turtles are clickable and you get the survey option on them.
But yes, I think you actually have to find something when you survey for the interaction to "count". - PalmArrow7 years agoSeasoned AceI think there are no tricks to make it work - it depends on luck. Other things your sim can also survey is the cave, and the frogs in the waterfall.
- Thank you, simmers! I'm going to test that out. I haven't tried clicking things like the turtle yet. And, I forgot about the frog interaction. I haven't tried it either.
- how do i survey wildlife??
- Hover/click over an area that has fish, turtles, plants. It should give you an option to survey wildlife. It won't count more than once in that specific area and if you don't learn anything by surveying it won't count.
