Swimming in ponds? Please confirm

I don't think that's a pond on an editable lot. I think it's a lake in noneditable terrain.
That you can swim in??
Each neighborhood in HoB has a swimmable section of the Bagley river.
My favorite spot is Cordelia Falls were sims can swim up to those gorgeous cataracs.
I still haven't done that, I need to put that on my list! My poor sims have been working hard, and have barely had time to just kick back and enjoy the beautiful world.
