Talk to the grim reaper about grilled cheese - where do I find him?

You have to kill a sim first to summon him. XD I'm contemplating about this as well since I have my sim with that aspiration but I haven't killed anyone in this current game. And I also don't like seeing the Grim Reaper lurking around town.
So what I'm gonna do is kill a townie (oopsie) while my sim on the lot. Wait for Grimmy. Talk to him. Then save my household to My Library and put them in a totally new save. :D That way it will reset everything.
But that's just me cuz I'm finicky that way. LOL.

With seasons Sims often die from cold or heat. So under or overdress them (ask to see the unsuitable outfit) and then stand around in the very cold weather or exercise in the very hot weather. Also overexercise an oldie. Sometimes if you look at list of people you know they show up as very cold, blue, and you whip over to keep them outside.
