I am also disappointed by the "lore." Tartosa is apparently supposed to be the world Princess Cordelia grew up in - the world in this picture:

I don't know about you, but Tartosa doesn't hold a candle to this painting. If this world really was meant to add lore of Princess Cordelia, there could have been so much more done, even if subtle. There could have been a little museum with pirate stuff and collectable pages out of Cordelia's diary; the messages in bottles could have been written by Cordelia etc. It just feels so shallow.
