Idk it might just be because my game is in autumn atm but I had rain like every day and thunderstorms every other day
eventually I just got the weather machine and tried very hard to change the weather :sweat_smile: hard to explore world when your sims keep running to nonexistent indoors (had not built yet also because the rain makes visibility bad)
