Yes, I have two templates. One is totally devoid of houses, venues, premades, etc. and has only one Sim. For some reason the game won't let you keep a save without any Sims at all. The other one has a few modified premades on their lots, some modified premades 'not in world' and one venue of each type. The first one I named 'Totally Blank'. The second one, which I use most often is called, 'Custom Template.'
Actually, I just purchased the Vampires GP a week ago so now I need to go in and modify Forgotten Hollow and their premades in both my templates. Thanks for the reminder! :)
BTW, there is a blank save file on tumbler, I found it on "Lana CC Finds" there is a menu where you can find a few game saves, in fact.
