So everyone loves this mod where the artwork of sims is more high def and realistic frankly I think it's ugly anyone else not a fan? I feel with how popular it is people seeing the actual art of Sims is a shock...

I know what you're talking about. I installed it, thinking it was going to be amazing. I didn't really care for the grass. Some of the things did look really nice and pretty, but I just didn't like the appearance of it. I removed it after like an hour. Plus, if you want to add a lot to the gallery, it would come up as custom content. I didn't like that either haha. But if some people like it, that's cool. It wasn't my cup of tea though :)

I'm not sure what that mod is either, I would probably love it tho! I don't care for the painted on cartoony look of TS4, never have.For years, I only used alpha CC hair, clothes, objects,and walls. I had default texture replacements for grass, rocks, water, trees, and streets. I also used reshade to tone down TS4's bright colors and make them a little more muted in tones because TS4 is extremely bright colored, it was just way too intense for me. I'm a neutral pallet type person in RL, never cared for bright colors at all.Now a days, I just go with maxis match stuff if I have CC in my game. Not because I love it or prefer it, it's just less jarring when I remove my mods folder after patches and pack installations.

don't know what this mod supposedly is but i really love ts4 artstyle so I would not change it (kind of reminds me of ts2 but improved and i love that)alpha cc... i just feel like looks too much like trashy phone story games lmaosome people do use it in cool ways so it matches but mostly I'm just not a fan(also most often its not even realistic looking but different type of unrealistic)

I use a lot of alpha cc, but I don't try either to match it to Maxis original art style or to make everything ultra-realistic, because that would frankly be self-defeating. It's part of my gameplay, one might say, to define and cultivate my own personal balance in art styles, because I don't like one extreme or the other.I'm still curious about this mysterious "realism mod" that everyone supposedly loves, though. :/

Curious on the Alpha CC Skin you've posted \so I downloaded and try, well, not that bad, honestly a bit intrigue but :lol: Man! Have the cc manipulate my sim's ethnic so different from Komorebian to Selvadoradian, Both the skin and eyeshape get manipulated when putting on Alpha skin.

Now he just needs some alpha eyebrows, preset nose, cc eyes,a nice alpha cut and an earring ?
