the cheat to change someones aspiration and traits ??

with "testingcheats on" type in the cheat bar: cas.fulleditmode
then click while pressing tab* on a sim a then select "modify in CAS". Once there, you will be able to change the traits although some residues of former traits might remain as moodlets.
As for aspirations, you can easily change them without cheating.
Edit: *shift, I meant shift.

If you want to change the aspiration all you need to do is go to the aspiration tab and click on the little star-icon. This allows you to change your aspiration at any time, without any cheating. You can complete every aspiration on a single sim if you want to.

Can you not change the aspiration field? All i can select is from the creative field after i cimpleted musical genius
