The Fruitcake is Truly Evil....

I've had sims like it but rarely.

Also there's a fruitcake glitch. Not sure if it's fixed now, I've only had it happen twice but others have reported it too and I think it's related to traits, but some sims, after tasting fruitcake, will get the bad fruitcake moodlet after eating ALL food from the time they taste it forever more. There's actually some trick to get rid of it, something you have to do after, I forget now, I destroy fruit cake as soon as I can now hahaha!

Out of all the sims I've played I think only a couple of them liked the fruitcake. Weirdos. Fruitcake is evil in real life too. ;)

I briefly played the Goths. When the welcome wagon dropped off the fruitcake, I couldn't find it. I looked everywhere. Normally I would throw it out since all but one sim I've ever played hates it.

About a sim day later, I saw Bella sitting at the fancy dining room table. I didn't see her go to the fridge so didn't know what she was eating. Guess who found the fruitcake? ?

She was my second ever sim to like it, so at least it turned out okay.

Most of my Sims don't like the fruitcake but they will continue to grab slices and eat it until it's gone. They get the moodlet they deserve for treating themselves like that.

My vampire likes fruitcake. He is English though and we do love our cake! :)

When the "Welcome Wagon" came to my house, I first find out who made it. Then use the Cheats to force them to join my family. Then as their punishment, they get to eat the Fruitcake... the WHOLE fruitcake by themselves.

Yes, it might take a while, but they don't get anything else to eat until the Fruitcake is gone! >:)

I remember once Liberty Lee made and brought one over as a gift. So I added her to my house and - wouldn't you know it - she didn't even like fruitcake! Oh, but nothing beats the satisfaction of forcing her to eat her own creation that she couldn't stand to eat!

My homeless teen was living on the Island in Windenburg so ran away and hid when the Welcome wagon showed up (as you would as a runaway teen). Later they found the fruitcake dropped on a beach. Score! Stopped them starving as I was pretty new to the game and my sim was struggling. A huge bonus was they loved fruitcake. (And it doesnt spoil)

One of my realism complaints of the game. I admit, I am probably one of the few people on planet Earth that actually LIKE fruitcake. Yet, all Sims seem to hate it. On another note--why does it always have to be fruitcake other Sims bring when you move a Sim into a neighborhood?

They bring you real food periodically in Sulani, it's great!

You think the moodlet is a bad thing? I hate the social interaction "complain about fruitcake" or something like that, that stays on the sim forever until they die, if they do eat a fruitcake. That's worse.
