The hospital seems to be a little lacking. Can someone explain how it works? Like, simple it down, please! I get that our sims, if they get sick, can't visit the hospital and see NPC doctors. A little...

No new town- New neighborhood. Also, the point is working at the hospital, not to go to the hospital just to go to the hospital . Why don't you go to the hospital, and bother them when you don't even work there, and not sick in real life. You won't, and couldn't. Same with the sims.
