The hospital?
The hospital seems to be a little lacking. Can someone explain how it works? Like, simple it down, please! I get that our sims, if they get sick, can't visit the hospital and see NPC doctors. A little...

I go to the hospital where I live and explore the place. It's old, and I like to look around. I don't bother the nurses or doctors, and there is a fun museum in the place, too. There is also a huge web of tunnels that have shops and stores. Not expecting something as complex as that, but I AM allowed to go to the hospital to visit patients, or just to go and see the place. It's a lot of fun. You can meet a lot of interesting people from all around the country at hospitals.
We're also allowed to tour the hospital where I live, much like in Sims 3. When I go, I don't tour, but I do look around. I don't bother the doctors, but I AM allowed to explore and use their vending machines. Mmmm... fancy ice cream.....
But hey, if they DID allow tours, obnoxious sims could bother the doctors and get thrown out. That would be hilarious!
