I have not used it but have you tried repairing your game after deleting your thumbnail cache? I know we got an update that supposedly fixed the issue but I don't know how long ago that was.

No, I haven't repaired my game at all. Haven't needed to. But now I'm starting to wonder. lol

After updates with fixes it's always a good idea to delete caches then repair the game. I delete the localthumbcache after every game session also. The repair option through Origin has helped eliminate a lot of small glitches in my game. Good luck with finding a solution. If all else fails, you could look for a mod that fixes the problem.
