The lot sizes in Del Sol Valley are ridiculous

I know that we're all disappointed of Del Sol Valley's size in terms of lot numbers, but the lot sizes are also really off. Found this tweet with the different sizes and I really don't know what we're...

It's such a joke how restricting this game is becoming.

I'm on the fence now. I can't decide whether I should wait for TS5 or just give up entirely on this franchise.
