The lot sizes in Del Sol Valley are ridiculous

I know that we're all disappointed of Del Sol Valley's size in terms of lot numbers, but the lot sizes are also really off. Found this tweet with the different sizes and I really don't know what we're...

You can always make the townhouses in front and at the back, make like a faux park or something. :)
