The lot sizes in Del Sol Valley are ridiculous

I know that we're all disappointed of Del Sol Valley's size in terms of lot numbers, but the lot sizes are also really off. Found this tweet with the different sizes and I really don't know what we're...

The 50x40 is the weirdest of all. There's no reason for such a huge plot of land in what's supposed to be for the "poorer" neighborhood.
