The lot sizes in Del Sol Valley are ridiculous

I know that we're all disappointed of Del Sol Valley's size in terms of lot numbers, but the lot sizes are also really off. Found this tweet with the different sizes and I really don't know what we're...

Yeah, I'm thinking of using that one for some kind of multi-building group living arrangement. Build it like an urban commune type thing. Or something like a trailer community with a community centre.
