Here are my guesses:
1. Everyone will use the phone while walking.
There seems to be a new animation that sims are using the phone while walking, and from what I have seen from videos it seems that both teens and young adults are using it.
2. New chance cards and messages that sims want to invite you to prom etc. will be very random and confusing.
From what I have seen in videos, the pack will add new messages and chance cards that is supposed to add gameplay, but it seems to happen at random. I have seen messages showing up when the player have done something completely different like attending class.
3. Everyone will wear your thrift store outfits.
From what I have seen in videos, sims like townies seem to wear your outfits that you are creating, regardless of gender.
4. Thrift store outfits will override your own outfits.
This can be seen in other content creator's videos where their sims are wearing their created thrift store outfits instead of the outfit they were supposed to wear as sleepwear etc.
5. The game will create new random townie teens every time you visit school.
This is a big fear of mine because I want the game to use my existing sims, but the game have a nasty habit of just creating new townies all the time for every occasion. In James Turner's recent video the game created teens with gray hair.
6. Graduation will not work.
From what I have heard, graduation was bugged when content creators were playing it.
7. Teens will have less free time because of repetitive events.
Prom every week and it seems like there are teens inviting you to things all the time and the high school seems to organize events all the time as well, it seems like you are going to have to start declining a lot of things if you want to have some free time when playing teens... and while that might be fine for most players, some events that I have seen doesn't seem to offer that much variety.
Hopefully I am wrong.
I think Number 1 will have to be tuned in an update cause a sim was on her phone at the same time she did a prom proposal in one of the game changers video.
