What is it what could it possibly be it seems like they've done pretty much everything in The Sims at one point or another and I really can't think of anything what about you guys

Alternate dimension pack? Where the game creates a copy of current world save files and every sims therein but with most of the buildings are different as well as how our sims looks (fashion wise), their current relationship and personality also different than their counterpart.
