I'm going to try your technique, but I doubt I'm going to get these awesome results
Second, what I did was create a man and woman sim couple. I got him up to level 10 painting asap, and her to lvl 10 photography
Now I just move them in with a family. He paints tons of masterpiece portraits, and she takes tons of wonderful candids
The house gets decorated, and then they move on to the next family
