@Bloudwed I see what you mean there. The only way I know of would be if there were couples involved on the partner side. There are a couple examples of that in my tree in the post above yours. You enter the partners as both (or possibly multiple) names and they will appear as mini grouped icons. Then you detail the parents on the kids and when you hover over the kids in the final tree the other sims will fade out. Not sure if this will work for you but might help if you have situations with multiple sims in the same household partnering with your Sim it could be a workable if not fully accurate solution

Added a direct link to my tree at the far right is one small example and a second example in the last generation of kids in the lowest row. In both cases there are multiple partners involved, some of them having partners which could be used as a work around solution for your situation I think.
