I can't imagine I'd enjoy playing with aging off. The number one reason I didn't like the first Sims game was because it had no aging. It seems so anti life simulation to me to have no natural life cycle. I always have my life setting on the longest so I can keep my sims around for a long time but still have them age naturally as time moves on.
