The Ranch Hand
I hired a ranch hand and all she does is chill around the garden area, she wont help clean any animals etc. Even if I disable gardening and repairs ..

- Yes I’m seeing that too. I don’t know if it’s a bug or just bad luck though. In one save I hired a ranch hand and he worked out great, in my other save I got a female and she did exactly what you described. I ended up firing her and rehiring, but the game gave me the same Sim again. So I fixed it by firing her again, then deleting her from the game. My new ranch hand for that save is working out so far. I’d say maybe it had something to do with her traits?
