The rent rate?
Does anyone know if the rent is based on the number of walls or is it preset just for that specific apartment, was considering bulldozing an apartment to redo some walls.. Any feedback on this?

I heard that it's based on the apartment and that it's fix and never go up, maybe just test it real fast on a new file.
