I had a serial romantic sim that was involved with her once. Though they never got past bf/gf and didn't live together they had 3 kids together. My sim being a vampire lived long enough to see her die of old age and so his kids didn't lose the chance to visit her grave he took it home so they had some where to visit it.
Then one night her spirit appeared and they um....picked up where they left off. A few night's later I noticed her spirit was looking a little bigger so I invited her to move in and it turns out she was pregnant so she and the baby stayed with my sim and they continued their relationship for a while. They had another child and when the 2 children they had after Zoe died were old enough and moved away from home Zoe went with them.
