I found a way... imagine i had to hunt for a mod to block the dang reapers quests ! As i was doing testing on said mod, i started up an old save from july, before i had horse ranch, and i totally had forgot i had made 2 Broke Girls working w everything, the restaurant, their apartment for Max, and Caroline and Sophie (in other saves i took em out cause the restaurant i put downtown and it voided some festivals). Lemme show ya real quick, i worked on building the stable within their apt building, and the landscaping i did worked ! So cant stop a builder from building! Im starting over a new/old save now lol

The apartments are great! 🙂Very nice design,colours and furnishing of them. The rooftop games, basketball, dining and bonfire areas are great.
Yes im glad it appears to be all fine so i could add Chestnut, because when i tried re installing it in another save, it wouldnt load so im happy it is still working in one of my saves i really missed the girls in the downtown area. I called the building Williamsburg, i dont know if you ever watched the show, but last year i had posted pics of the diner. Oleg is the sim most downloaded from my gallery, and i have the Gilmore Girls sims available !!!! lol the trick is that once i managed to have Han, as the diner owner, to hire them i can move them in the lot but i cant play them after.
