For me, like many here more open world. Same it doesnt have to be the whole map but at least each individual neighborhood.
I just dont know if that's possible at this point.
I would however love to see, NO have, Open Water in all worlds. This makes features like the mermaids, and having boats and other water activities cross pack capable. I dont understand having a fishing type community/neighborhood like Brindleton Bay and not be able to go out on the water on a boat or swim in the sea. Same as Windenberg, you have beautiful spots that open into the water on the island. Open the Waters. (Note I did see someone had brought a dolphin to the swim able area in snowy escape. So I'm glad they're starting to at least incorporate some cross pack compatability there).
