I really don't want to see a Sims 5 anytime soon, given how much money and time I've invested in the current Sims.
I would love to see an emphasis on expanding what's already there. More personality traits available per Sim (can we up it to something like five?) and maybe adding in likes and dislikes. I know there are mods to add sexuality and stuff to gameplay, but it would be nice if we could just be part of the game too. I also like that there are some good gender options available in CAS, but adding the option of non-binary would be nice and inclusive I think.
More customizable options for the appearance of our Sims and items. I think it was TS3 where we could customize the color of EVERYTHING and I miss that.
