Sims interrupting actions to do something else, sims not washing dishes, sims doing weird things all the time, sims not changing clothes, sims getting stuck without doing nothing for some reason, sims having problems with stairs and plattforms, i could be go on all day.

And please dont tell me your game doesnt do these things, because you will be the only one playing that doesnt lmao.
Yeah, I have that same problem in my game too. Particularly with the NPC characters, they are always interrupting my sims when I want them to do something in particular. Especially the fans, they are almost always interrupting my global superstars. Especially when I'm having my global superstar learning a new dish to make at home. It's like those NPC characters have this 6th sense to interrupt my superstar while they are eating. And some of them even steal the food that my superstar had purchased from a food vendor.
And my sims would do the same, that's until I had disabled the autonomy through game options.
