I've seen quite a few complaints about the glitches, but I haven't noticed them much in mine. I do get the occasional glitch but nothing that interrupts my gameplay. I have all the packs except Batuu and Snowy Escape.
Same goes for me. The biggest problem I had were the Neighborhood Action Plans that were making all my venues empty due to the kleptomaniac sims visiting them or stealing things from homes. But it was easily remedied.
