The Sims 4 Business and Hobbies Tattoos

Does anybody know where I can find this skeleton hand tattoo that’s was shown in the trailer?! For goodness sake. I've maxed my tattoo skill (not by cheating) constantly using the digital tablet and can't find it anywhere in CAS (custom/stamps) any help would be much appreciated!
