Wait! Since when was reaping ever a skill in Sims 4? I know that vampires can kill sims with influence emotion power. But that's a vampire power not a skill. And vampires don't reap another sim's soul. And only Grim can do that in the game, as far as I know. And soul reaping is automatic, and even if you have Grim as part of your household. So I don't think that you can make him work on that. At least not with out a mod that turns Grim's automated power into a skill in the game.
