Does anyone know if the jewelry looks different when it comes out poor, normal or excellent quality?

Not sure @mightysprite but I saw the English simmer on youtube make jewelry in a bad mood and it came out botched, she said. It did not even look like the the design she choice and had no stone and she lost the stone.
