The Sims 4 Feedback Thread - come share yours

I was really excited for this game to come out, pre-ordered it, pre-downloaded it, and started playing it at exactly 10 pm on September 1st (that's the time it came out for me). I'm not going to lie to you, for me, this game was the biggest waste of $70. This game is more Sims 2.5 than Sims 4. I understand that this is just the base game, and that more items and abilities will be available with upcoming expansion packs, but that will cost me so much more money, money that I'm not willing to pay on prettier looking Sims 2.
