I didn't fallow any announcements for this game, and was just excited to have more control over my Sims actions and looks. And boy was i disappointed, yeah I could tweak almost every part of there body but, pre selected colors and designs? no customizing? what is this, Sims 2?
You guys really just pulled a fable here by giving us an old game with new graphics and charging more money for it? nice trick, now where's the real game, this can't be it.
First off, the intrusive tutorial in the beginning was almost enough to make me quit right there.
No cars + No garage = Incomplete house. The same goes for the pools and basements. (I love the new vertical window placement)
I already figured constrainfloorelevations wouldn't happen in the Sims 4, so that's a reality constraint.
There are no sliding glass doors (perfect for a back door)
The lots are tiny, there aren't enough of them and the "town" is a joke.
I spend most of my time building worlds for Sims 3, so this is just a big joke, taking away features and calling it the new Porsche Boxter for more money is really sad.
I played this game for 10 minutes and quit as there was no point after I noticed no pools, I was even going to live with no cars or garages and that sliding back door, but the pool was the last insult I and my money could take (I didn't even get to playing with a Sim, I was that disappointed)
Over all, great concept, lackluster options. I will not be playing or buying any more merchandise until all is made right in updates or expansions.
If your concern is for those who's computer can't handle it, then make it an option to have or not to have an interactive town/world/rabbit hole job, or reality of any kind. (You reach a more diverse demographic that way)
