Hey all,
So I FINALLY got the game (a day late thanks to Amazon) and I have spent 4hours playing around, building and in game.
Before I go into anything I would just like to say this is only my personal opinion, I am not saying anyones views or opinions are wrong. Everyone will be different and I totally get that so please no hate.
As a keen sims builder I love the new build mode! There is just so much extra to easily make the houses look so much better that even amateur builders can feel confident in their builds. Main thing I don't like is lack of colours in the carpets but this can easily be added to. They really have improved so many thing to make this easier for us.
I also LOVE all the clutter decor ;)
One thing (I don't know if I'm missing something) is when uploading to the gallery I wish you could choose the first picture that represents your build as mine decided it was the side of the house. (Again sorry if this is possible)
Here is the first house I made playing around with all the new stuff.

Camera controls are tricky at first but you soon get used to them enough, I personally found it easier having it in the sims 3 selection in the option menu. I also found it quicker to get used to while building and find I use the keyboard ALOT more than I used to to move around.
CAS I'm pretty happy with, I was soo glad they put more clothing in etc than the demo and I love the extra lipgloss for women ;) I think the textures and hair just look so much better than the sims 3 (not including CC) and I find it easier to make sims look different instead of all the same.
In game I don't feel I've had enough time to fully review this but first hour or so seems pretty good to me. People thinking of buying my best advice would be don't rush through to try everything straight away and as hard as it is don't compare it too much to the sims 3 because it's a new game and only a base game but thats just a personal view. I like that its a little harder to form new relationships (not just chat, flirt, flirt, embrace. first kiss, suggest relationship, propose) and there are so many more interactions not just the same repetitive. I wish the notifications were a bit clearer as they disappear quite quickly. And I was surprised that you get 1 skill point as soon as you start a new skill.
Website/Gallery wise I wish your uploads were linked to your profile on here so they were easy to share like on the old website and I miss the friends function so its easier to keep in touch. However I like all he like, Lol, agree etc but I do think there could be some upset over the disagree things as I've seen people already asking to have people remove them etc
Over all the game I give 7.5/10
Thankyou for reading and please remember this is only my personal view nothing against other peoples.
