So far, I have played Sims4 for 70 hours.
Things I like:
* The multitasking ability is awesome! It is nice to be able to have a bowl of oatmeal with my orange juice or watch tv and have a meal.
* The plan and outfit (CAS) is nice and smooth. l love how my Sim changes clothes on her own.
* The plan social events is awesome and functions well.
* The Lifetime awards is a love + hate thing for me. They are nice but hard and long to obtain. Of course, that is the point right. :)
* The children are adorable, but their needs to be more age related interaction. (or maybe I have not seen it yet)
* The Building Mode is great! (create a style would make it better)
Things I hate:
* While I know the load screens help use less RAM, I hate them. They make the game seem less real. The Sim should be able to run next door without a load screen.
* I hate not having cars and not see them transport.
* I hate not having create a style, which severely limits options.
* Not having pools, basements, toddlers
* Not being able to jog or walk the whole city is beyond weird.
* So far, I don't see anywhere for my sims to buy or sell their items. Those transactions are done in inventory (family or personal). This is very limiting. Other than funds and whims, what is the point of fishing, planting, or collecting.
* The community stuff is vary lacking. The bar no longer have the meal options
* The jobs are very restrictive and longer hours. Self employment is no longer an options.
* The days seem shorter. Most of the time is meeting basic needs and a few whims.
Overall, I enjoy the game. However, it needs updates and expansion packs as soon as possible or player will quickly get bored with it. There was a lot of knowledge and activities gained from the previous Sims. I expected the new game to build from it, not start all over. As a player, I left a game that was the #1 Role Playing Game in the word to play a game where a lot of the "real" feature have been removed.
