With this new stuff pack the new game play object will not necessarily be about what you can use but what you wear. With that said "The Sims 4: Undies Stuff" will introduce musical underwear that can even play AM/FM radio for that "Good morning backside" feel when your Sims wake up in the morning.

I agree more undies and pjs are needed and I mean sexy undies and pjs like MasterSuites in TS3 had. We've only gotten 2 pair from the free Valentine's Day Set that came out in Feb of 2015. Maybe we'll get somemore in the Feb Update for VDay.
