The two pictures that are below show the two towns coming with the sims 4. Willow Creek http://i.imgur.com/fqJBIY9.png As you can see the number of lots in all is 21 lots with 5 community lot...

Take a look at the box art. The game looks nice, doesn't ? That's what they are placing their bets on, people buying it because it is Sims and they have no idea what's going on.
I had a friend who wanted the game until I briefed him on how bad it is.
