It says on the page with the info for the giveaways that you pick what you win.

Options are:
Expansion Pack
Game Pack
Stuff Pack
And/Or free VIP status on TSR in increments of one, six, or 12 months

I assume this means you could pick an expansion pack, and VIP status for a month or something along those lines.
