See I feel the exact opposite to you, I do NOT want horses running around randomly all over the streets in San Myshuno or Del Sol Valley or anywhere else they don't make any sense. I am hoping that if horses are included that they are confined to rural settings where they make logical sense or it just destroys my game play.
yeah and also like having it lot type to be placed anywhere i want would be neat cause like we have many worlds that i deem horse friendly already
but horses are usually in certain territory not just jumping at you from the woods like moose so tied to lot (residential or separate horse lot like stables or whatever) makes sense
