So is the chance of it happening also based on the season, as well as the neighborhood? If so, what are the percentages?
Also, given this counts as a "drowning" death type, is it an oversight that vampires fall victim to it, but not, say, the pond from Get Famous (which can also be filled with sharks)?
That was actually my first time looking into the tuning files, so I don't exactly understood that spot. I noticed "universityworld" and "fall" and that got me into that conclusion. How it affects the chances I don't know. Perhaps sims will be pulled underwater only in fall or something...
So for now, I unfortunately don't have an answer for that...
About vampire drownings.
Drownings usually happen when the energy need falls zero. Vampires don't have this need (they have vampire energy, which causes death by sunlight).
However, water gardens and the uncomfortable moodlet from being pulled underwater causes drownings regardless of the needs, thus allowing vampires to drown.
