I for one, welcome our new Sim Overlords.

I don't understand why they add more autonomy and story-progression like aspects to the game, but refuse to add options in the settings so we can alter the game to our liking. SP aside, I think autonomy is too low, when I want it off I turn it off, but I understand that some people like the level we have right now. Why can't I (and everyone) have a higher setting? Or a setting between off and "full", or the option to turn sp off and random townie jobs off.

Yours is the first report of autonomous marriage, which surprises me if it's an in-game feature, given how many days it's been since the last patch. Could you double-check that this folder is actually empty of anything but Resource.cfg?

This is scary.

You know I'm glad that a light version of Story Progression is now implemented in the game but this just shafts the rotational players (which the stupid lot loading was supposed to cater to) who like to control every aspect of their Sims' lives.

The sad thing is that this problem could be easily solved by just adding Story Progression options like the command center mod - a MOD that someone MADE IN THEIR FREE TIME.
