ahh, i see. Homosexual behaviour back then would of been a prison sentence or in some cases a death penalty, if caught. it would of been seen as unnatural. Shame though, having some thrilling fun with the risk of getting caught kissing in the open or just around the corner of a group of men who wonder where these two have gone. :)

Maybe they just shop at the same Bed Bath & Beyond. :p

I had a sim who was in love with her husband but still flirted with a girl, not cool. I wish there was a turn off option for same sex relationships. Oh well.

All are welcome in my game. I have some LGBTQ+ sims in my game. I don't forcibly assign them, they come out. So, somehow I'll be playing a sim and just know, so then I go with that and let them be themselves. It's not based on stereotyping, it's part of their character development. I recently had a gay young adventurer in Selvadorada named Dr. Timothy who sadly died of the poison when I wasn't playing him.

Jade Rosa and Ulrike Faust are gay. There's a character who is bi. There's someone who is probably on the autism spectrum who doesn't really date. I just let them be themselves. I've also kept the various pre-mades including the ones in IL. Sulani has its own views of gender based on its own culture.

The university house that I'm playing right now, Darkwing, is being shared with some gay male roommates who bring boyfriends over. Totally cool. I just go with it. More of my sims definitely are straight but it's a relaxed and inclusive society. There are also some very traditional households but those are more due to representing whatever culture the household comes from than any specific opinion from me.

They're just sims and I just play with them.

I saw it a couple of months ago so I don't know if that was before or after it was supposedly fixed. I find it amusing rather than annoying so I never checked the patch updates for information about it.
