What I don't understand is that I felt that the community was pretty vocal about their disappointment over the builds in Del Sol Valley, so if I were the sims team, I would make sure that the lots felt completed and I would playtest them as well.
However, it seems that they have done none of that, in fact, some lots are so strange you suspect that it is intentional, like for example the Roswell house, which are missing large amounts of furniture, I think that is intentional, but there are other aspects that aren't, like for example that their bathroom on the upper floor has an archeway instead of a door.
I myself have lost faith in the sims team when it comes to builds, because they have handled the criticism so poorly, they did a livestream where one of the sim gurus built a horrible looking house. I understand that we all want to have fun with the game but I feel personally that is the worst way you can handle critique, by making fun of it.
