things that should be updated about seasons
So dont get me wrong i love the sims 4 seasons and think it is the best sims 4 Ep so far. But with that being said in my time playing this ep i did notice some things that bug me about it and i would love if they would be changed/added in a patch. Because some of this is stuff that we have had since ts2 and other stuff is just weird that it isn't ot in game so here are the things that bug me
Lack of rain effects
To me this is weird since they did really well with some details like boats rocking when there is wind and the trees moving but the rain needs a lot more right now it doesn't touch the rood or dripp of off it wich to me adds more immersion same goes for the rain not falling on the ground the only effects we have are from sims walking and the effects on rivers and pools. Back in ts2 you could see the rain on the roofs gliding on it and in ts3 the rain would drip off the roof wich just adds more to the feel off rain and would make the rain way better imo i also feel like the ground roof plants and everything should look wet once it has rained bc that's what it's supposed to look like
Lack of snow on some objects
Recently i was playing a vampire sim and i noticed there isn't any snow on the coffins if placed outside. Wich just feels dumb because the snow does fall onto it.
puddles
Right now the puddles dissapear immediatly once the rain stops wich is not realistic at all
toddler pool
The toddler pool has no rain effects like the pools this needs to be added
snow depth
i know this has been a discussion for a while and some people don't care and some do i personally would prefer more depth Especially on the roofs it looks like paint in some angels and i really don't like this
To me these things are important since weather should be the main focus in a seasons ep and if feel like they focused more on different things like the calender wich is great but should not be the main part of this EP. Since seasons is the ep wich is mostly about estethics. And even though they did great in some parts of the weather effects there is still some left to be desired. Until that is fixed i don't feel like this is the best seasons ever.
Again don't get me wrong i think it is the best sims 4 Ep but compared to the other season ep effects it needs a little more.
